Ran secret hill instead of wilkes today because of ankle. The initial 350 meters is more steady incline than wilke so a little less stress on ankle. I ran them in around 2:20-2:30 range. This was a painful stress test. I have to remember what it means to hurt, and running hills is a good way to do that.
miles today 2 mi wu, hills X 5 (3 miles), 2 mi cd = 7 miles.
